Somerset’s Vice Lord-Lieutenant, Ted Allen, had the pleasure of welcoming to Somerset and formally opening the Lions Clubs National Convention, held at the Winter Gardens, Weston-super-Mare. Approximately 300 delegates were in attendance from across the UK & also France, Germany, the Netherlands & Ireland.
