Their products are exported across the globe, with particularly strong markets in the USA and Australia.
Employing 170 people worldwide, Shearwell Data Ltd manages its entire global operations from its manufacturing and operations base on Exmoor, where over 120 staff members contribute their expertise and commitment every day. This local hub not only drives international business but also provides valuable employment opportunities for the surrounding community.
Congratulations are due to founder and managing director Richard Webber, who has successfully maintained Shearwell Data Ltd as a family company. Now, with his three children actively involved in running the business, the company continues to thrive while preserving a warm, family-oriented ethos.
